Shanghai (上海) China

Shanghai is the largest city of the People's Republic of China and the ninth largest in the world. The famous landmark is the Oriental Pearl TV Tower (东方明珠塔). At 468 m (1,535 feet) high, it is the tallest tower in Asia, and the third tallest tower in the world.Far behind me (a bit hazy) from the Bund (stretch of embanked riverfront in Shanghai) is the Oriental Pearl TV tower.

YongPyong Resort, Seoul, South Korea

Yongpyong Resort is the most popular ski resort in Korea. It is well known in Europe and Asia from holding several successful international events, such as the World Cup Ski Contest and Winter Asian Games. YongPyong resort, also the official candidate for the 2010 Winter Olympics and the shooting locations of the popular Korean drama Winter Sonata.

YehLiu (野柳) Taiwan

Located on the North coast of Taiwan. This place is famous for its unique rock formation that has been sculpted by the wind and surf.
The rock formations are interesting and beautiful especially the ‘Queen’s head’. According to the local tour guide as the wind is eroding her neck, and the local experts expect her freaking head to fall off any day now...
This place has been described by tourists as “a giant petrified mushroom forest”.

The first Disneyland built outside of USA and one of the most visited theme park in the world. Tokyo Disneyland will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of its grand opening in 2008. Its unlimited rides makes the worlds happiest place.

Located at the famous Hong Kong tourist attraction, The Peak. It's the first and one of the two current Madame Tussauds' outlets in Asia, the other is found in Shanghai which opened in 2006. Other featured personalities are Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, Brad Pitt, Princess Diana, Bill Clinton, Tiger Woods etc

Hong Kong's biggest and best theme park and currently has over 40 rides and attractions.

Shenzhen 深圳 China


Shenzhen is a sub-provincial city of Guangdong province in southern China, located at the border with Hong Kong. It has been one of the fastest growing cities in the world and also the busiest port in China after Shanghai.
One of the tourist attractions in Shenzhen is the Shenzhen Window of the World theme park (世界之窗). It is a replica park where you can see stunning replicas of the world's wonders, historical heritages and famous scenic sites. The entire masterpiece is built at ratios of 1:1, 1:5 or 1:15. One of the world’s wonders you can find in this theme park is the Eiffel Tower.

Suzhou (蘇州) China



The Chinese have a saying, "In heaven there is paradise, but on earth Suzhou and Hangzhou." Suzhou is famous for its gardens and canals. The pics were taken at the famous landmark in Suzhou, the Tiger Hill. Atop the hill is China's version of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Hakone, (箱根), Japan





Hakone is part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, less than 100 kilometers from Tokyo. Famous for hot springs, outdoor activities, natural beauty and the view of nearby Mt. Fuji, Hakone is one of the most popular destinations among Japanese and international tourists looking for a break from Tokyo.
Behind me is the Lake Kawaguchi. It is the most popular of the Fuji Five Lakes in terms of tourists and also serves as a major hub for those wishing to climb Mount Fuji. We had the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in a hot spring (Onsen) located inside the hotel.

Great wall of China-Badaling 八達嶺



One of the New Seven Wonders of the world. Badaling section is one of the 4 places that the Great wall of China is accessible to tourists. It is also the most visited section of the Great Wall of China. In 1987, Badaling become the 'World Cultural Heritage" by the United Nation.
