Zhou Zhuang (周庄), China

Located 30 km Southeast of Suzhou, which the tourists proclaimed to be China's No.1 Water Country. This town is more than 700 years old.

Yuyuan Garden 豫园, Shanghai

It is one of the best gardens in southern China featured with pavilions, halls, chambers, towers, ponds and rockeries. Yuyuan Garden occupies an area of 20,000 square meters (about five acres).

Safari World

Thailand’s largest and most popular open-air zoo and show park, which covers over 200 acres. Safari World comprises of Safari Park and Marine Park and offers a variety of fun and entertainment to visitors. The drive-though Safari Park is inhabited by a range of African and Asian animals living in a natural habitat and the Marine Park offers visitors regular whale-and-dolphin and seal performances.

Pattaya

Koh Lan (Coral Island) is a small island situated west of Pattaya which is accessible by speedboat and ferry. Ko Lan has several beaches, which are known for their cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, soft white sand and crystal-clear water. Visitors can choose either snorkeling or viewing the coral from glass bottom boats.

The Dragon and Tiger Pagodas (龍虎塔) Taiwan

The Dragon and Tiger Pagodas (龍虎塔) are pagodas located on Lotus Lake in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The dragon's throat is the entrance and the lion's mouth is the exit. According to the local tour guide, Entering a dragon's throat and coming out a lion's mouth symboilizes turning bad luck to good fortune.

Nami Island, Seoul, South Korea

This beautiful island is said to be a place filled with dreams and romance. The famous Korean drama, Winter Sonata, was filmed here in this beautiful island.

Junsang (Bae Yong Joon) and Ujin (Choi Ji Woo) went to this island instead of school.Famous for "Lovers Forest" and where the two lovers riding on a bicycle to their first kiss near the lake was filmed here.

Singapore

This was my 3rd holidays vacation in Singapore last Dec 2006. My last trip was in March 2003. New tourists attractions i found were the Vivo City and Sky Tower at Sentosa Island.

Vivo City, the latest and largest shopping mall in Singapore. It is located next to the HarbourFront and was officially opened on 1 Dec 2006.
Sky Tower, Sentosa Island is Asia's tallest public observation tower.

Lake Ashi, Hakone, Japan

Lake Ashi ,or Hakone Lake was created 3,000 years ago by a volcanic eruption; this lake is cruised by boats year round. The lake is known for its views of Mt. Fuji (not in pic due to haze and thick snows) and its numerous hot springs. Several pleasure boats and ferries traverse the lake, providing scenic views for tourists and passengers. Look at the beautiful scenery in the background with hill and trees covered with thick snows.

One of the boats is a full-scale replica of a man-of-war pirate ship.
